Project's Summary:

The SUST@GRI 4.0 project aimed to promote sustainable agriculture and support local producers and agricultural business owners in their transition to Agriculture 4.0 by equipping them with digital and marketing skills.

Over 24 months, the consortium developed and implemented an e-course covering digital skills, social media, blogging, and digital marketing strategies, as well as an e-commerce platform that allowed participants to practice these skills, open online shops, and connect with local communities. Key activities included two transnational meetings, a short-term joint staff training event for VET professionals, a blended learning mobility involving more than 25 local producers, and local activities to refine the platform’s content and launch strategy.

Participants co-created a collective digital marketing campaign to launch the e-commerce platform and tested new approaches in real training conditions. The project also organized four multiplier events in partner countries, raising awareness and sharing results.

As a result, SUST@GRI 4.0 delivered tangible outputs such as the e-course, e-commerce platform, and training activities, alongside intangible outcomes including improved digital competences among trainers and producers, greater awareness of sustainable agriculture and food culture, and the creation of a stronger network of stakeholders committed to digitalization and sustainability in the agricultural sector.
