The project was developed to equip secondary schools with the tools and knowledge needed to educate students on environmental sustainability and the circular economy, in line with the European Green Deal. Through a pilot course combining theoretical and practical learning, teachers—trained with the support of experts—engaged students in topics like agriculture, forestry, and climate change. A key result of the project is a comprehensive manual offering guidelines for implementing sustainability education in schools. This manual, available in multiple languages, serves as a replicable model that other schools across Europe can adapt to promote responsible resource management and foster environmental awareness among young people.
